Phelix Awards FAQ
When are submissions due?
Submissions are due Monday, June 1st at 11:59p.m.
How much does it cost to submit an award?
$100 per award. There is no discount for multiple submissions.
Who can submit an award?
Submissions can be made by individuals who belong to AEC companies with offices in Arizona.
Why should I submit an award?
The Phelix Awards celebrates the outstanding marketing and communication efforts of AEC professionals and firms. Winning an award will provide recognition for individuals or for the firm as a whole.
Do I receive a registration with an award submission?
No. Registrations can be made here (link). In addition, there are multiple sponsorship (link) opportunities that include registrations.
Will I be notified if I won prior to the awards gala?
No. Award winners will be announced during the gala.
Who are the judges?
The pool of judges includes experienced AEC professionals who are SMPS members from other chapters around the country.
What do I receive if I win?
Winners will be individually announced during the awards gala. They will receive a physical award presented to them on stage and recognition on SMPS Arizona's social media accounts.
